Kitchen & Dining: Whether you're making breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day exploring Lewes and Rehoboth, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need—multiple pans and cookware, casserole dishes, waffle maker, electric griddle, family-size slow cooker, barware, a coffee maker, electric kettle, spices, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, and tea. The dining table seats six. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Rest comes easy with brand-new mattresses & fresh linens. Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, 43” 4K Roku TV, dresser, full-length mirror, and walk-in closet. Second Bedroom: Two full beds, 43” 4K Roku TV, dresser, and walk-in closet—with a partial pool view. Each bathroom includes fresh towels, bath mats, starter toiletries, and toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom provided). Private Screened Balcony: Start your day with coffee or end it with a breeze—your balcony offers complete privacy with no neighboring views. The attached storage closet is fully stocked with beach essentials, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, toys, and a cooler. Laundry & Essentials A separate laundry room with a brand-new washer & dryer, baskets, starter detergent, iron, and ironing board makes longer stays a breeze. Work & Play: With 500 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi and a movable desk and chair, working from vacation has never been easier—set up in any room or on the balcony. Pool & Parking: The beautiful community pool is just steps away, with guest access and towels provided. By entering the home using the door code, you agree to the terms listed below. Your unique door code corresponds to your check-in and check-out times. • No Smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony: $500 cleaning fine • No pets (owner is severely allergic): $500 extra cleaning fee • No parties or senior week • Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The person making the reservation must be present during the entire visit • Lost or misplaced pool fob, $100 fee • Please observe the community's quiet time, 10PM - 8AM daily • Lost or Damaged Items Policy To help keep the home in great condition for all guests, any missing/stolen or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost (up to $2,500 each). This includes linens, décor, electronics, appliances, and other property belonging to the owners. Photos are taken before check-in / after check-out to document the condition of the home. //Screened-in balcony is designed to let in fresh air; however, it's not weatherproof. During heavy or directional rain, the balcony floor may collect water.  There's a floor drain that drains naturally, but occasionally a little slower than you may like.  The HOA will be correcting this. In the meantime, we have provided a push broom and a small wet vac located in the storage area (exterior outlet under the bench), if you wish to speed the process up.  //*Limitation of Liability: Renter agrees to release Owners and HOA from any liability for the renter’s or the renter’s guests' use of the swimming pool.
